Meet the team

Based in Silicon Valley, Paul has worked as a technology entrepreneur, as well as a corporate venture capitalist. Paul began his career in management consulting for Booz Allen, and has also served in a variety of executive roles including general management, product marketing, operations, business development and finance for both venture-backed startups and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he provides executive coaching to promising social entrepreneurs for the non-profit Gratitude Network.  Paul is an alumnus of Claremont McKenna College (B.A.), Stanford (B.S., M.S) and Harvard (MBA).
Paul Miller
A product designer at heart, Howard has developed consumer and business products, large scale distributed systems, automation systems, and software applications. He provides senior executives of Fortune 500 companies  with innovative solutions to their most vexing software, hardware, and systems challenges. He also assists corporate clients by exploring new market opportunities and acting as an internal venture manager within their organizations advising them on all aspects of the start-up process. He has studied at Stanford University (MS), NYU Stern School of Business (MBA) and Tufts University (BSME)..howard2
Howard Citron

Henry is a technologist, analyst and business innovator. Designed and developed successful electronic toys, digital signal processors for military applications, vision guided robots, data marts, executive dashboards and large operational systems for fortune ten clients. His personal approach bridges organizations and teams to spark and bring large corporate projects to market. A recognized inventor of patented systems, he has degrees in biology and electrical engineering from the State University of New York.


Henry Baietto

Over 25 years of experience in all aspects of iterative User Interface (UI) design, research, and innovation – direct experience with facilitating fast paced innovative multi platform software and hardware development through brainstorming, user requirement gathering, workflow analysis, iterative user centered UI prototyping, and usability testing. Received numerous awards, patents, and published over a dozen professional papers.  Cofounded IcniVad, also worked for IBM Global Services, IBM Federal Systems, and Lockheed Martin as a lead UI designer on multiple large scale systems which are currently used by millions.  Fairfield University (B.S.), Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute – RPI  (M.S.).
