Position Summary

Candidate must have previous experience in customer service or a call center environment. Candidate should be proficient in Word, Excel, Windows and email.

Secondary Requirements: A candidate that has worked in SAP or nSAP, and Telecommunications is a plus.

Respond to incoming calls in a customer call center.
